My First Birchbox

Today I got my first Birchbox and I am so existed. If you do not know what Birchbox is it's were you pay $10 a month and they send you a box in the mail with 4 to 5 high end products. Brichbox is a nice way to try out new products you have never heard of and find something that really works good for you or find something you were thinking about getting and it ended up not being so great. I am very happy about what I got and I defiantly keep buying boxes. Also its like a nice little surprise what you are going to get each month.

Ahava- for dry skin. I would say I really love this. It make my skin feel soft and I can fit this my purse. I have really dry skin so this should help.

 Blow-Volumizing Shampoo and Conditioner. They smell good but I do not think they will work good for my hair because I do not really need something to add more volume to my hair. Because I have thick curly hair I have enough volume to my hair.

 Myfaceworks- Sheet Mask. I have not tried this yet but I'm existed to try it out.

 Too Faced- Primed and Poreless. Primer for your face. I like how it feels when I put it on my face.

 Zhena's Gypsy Tea- Herbal Red Tea. I am not a big tea person. I do drink tea everyday because it is good for you but I have to say I acutely liked this tea and it smells good.

I think Birchbox is great idea and I can not wait to see what I get next month!

My New Years Resolutions

With a new year is a new beginning and yes I know I'm a little late doing this. I was going to write my resolutions sooner but my classes just started so I got busy. Most people are bad at keeping them I know I am but this year will be different so on to my resolutions.

1. Be more organized: I am a messy person. I do not try to be messy I just get lazy and do not clean up after so I need to work on that more.

2. Don't wait till the last minute to get my hw done: I am really bad at this. I tell my self I have time to get it done and then when it comes the day off I'm hurrying to get it done and there for my hw is not as good as it could be. Also I stress out and I do not get anything else done I need too.

3. Eat better: For me I do not eat that good. I eat too much fast food, junk, pop, candy, and I do not eat much of what is good for me. So for my health and too lose weight I need to start working on that.

4. Work out more: I have only been going to the gym 2 days a week if even that. I should start going 4 times a week for over a hour so I can have a better body.


5. Update my blog more: I really suck at updating my blog manly because I'm lazy and I need to stop being lazy. There is so much I want to talk about in my blog but I never write in here or I'm late at posting it.

I used neutral tones underneath and shimmer red and white on top. For my lips and cheeks I used a red stainer.

I use to love this brand back when Sephore sold it. I feel as if the quality of it is not as good as it use to be. After I bought it and come home it fell apart also when I applied it it did not stay on well.

2. Sally Hansen Nail Art

When I bought this I thought I could do some fun nail art, it did not work out. Right after I put it on it started to come off I even put I clear coat over it.

3. Aveeno Positively Radiant Daily Moisturizer 

I read a lot of good reviews on it so I thought I would try it out but it made my face break out.

4. Biore Pore Unclogging Scrub 

It did not work out for me.

5. John Frieda FRIZZ-EASE

I felt as if it didn't really do anything for my hair.

Nice List

1. Paul Mitchell Sculpting Foam

This does wonders for my hair.

2. Urban Decay Naked Palette

I love this palette, the colors are so pretty and they make my blue eyes pop.

3. Ulta Brush Highlighter

Blends my foundation in well.

4. Ulta Extreme Wear Lip Stain

Gives your lip and cheek a nice look and it just has good as the top brands lip stain.

5. Anastasia Brow Wiz

 Help with keeping your eyebrows defined

Urban Decay 24/7 Jackpot Glide-On

 I would have to say these are my favorite eye pencils. They glide on really well and the colors are vibrant. It comes with 10 different colors, 9 are mini and then on full size black. The 24/7 Jackpot cost about $39 but if you want to buy the single full size 24/7 Glide-On they are $17. I fill like the 24/7 Jackpot is a great deal because you get to pick from 10 different colors.

Eldorado, Whiskey, Stash, Mildew, Electric, Ransom, Binge, Rockstar, Gunmetal. 

How I like to wear the 24/7 Glide-On pencils to wear black on top and my waterline, then wear a different color. my favorite is Electric.

Genifique Review

Genifique is a new product by Lancome that will help your skins youth. Lancome has done 10 years of research to find the right formula.You will see a different and more youthful looking skin after only 7 days. All you need is a drop and to put it on in the morning and night right after you wash your face. Genifique it a bit pricey, the  1 oz is $78 and the 1.7 is $98.

On genes day Lancome gave away free samples. the Genifique was in a small package that you could get at a department store. It had enough for 7 days for am and pm to show you how well it works. Of course I had to get it to check it out and it was free (who would want to turn something down that was free). I can honestly say that I loved it. Most thing I buy to help improve my face never work they always make my face turn red. I have very sensitive skin that gets blotchy red but the Genifique really helped. My skin was less red, smooth, and soft. Now that I have ran out my face went back to the way it was because 7 week is really not long enough also I feel like you have to keep on using it like most products. I liked it so much I decided it was worth buying.

 Perfectly luminous 85%, Astonishingly even 82%, Cushiony soft 91%, Skin appearance is improved 82%.
